Transportation Information

  Most international flights land at Taoyuan International Airport (airport code TPE). The journey from Taoyuan International Airport to central Taipei is about 40 kilometers. There are kinds of way from the airport to Howard Civil Service International House as below

  • By Airport MRT and transfer to Taipei MRT (The Most Recommended):
    • Take Taoyuan Airport MRT to Taipei Main station, and transfer to Taipei MRT Green Line (line code G) to Taipower Building Station (station code G08). It takes about 10 minutes from Exit No.2 of Taipower Building Station to Howard Civil Service International House on foot. Detail about MRT transportation please refer to MRT information.
    • It spends about one hour and 20 minutes and costs about TWD 250 (approx. USD 8).
  • By Bus and transfer to Taipei MRT :
    • Take bus (Kuo-kuang Line 1819 or CitiAir Bus 1961) directed to Taipei Main Station , and transfer to Taipei MRT Green Line (line code G), get off at Taipower Building Station (station code G08) . Then refer to the above instruction.
    • It spends about one hour and a half hours (depend on the traffic condition) and costs about TWD 250 (approx. USD 8).
  • By Taxi or Uber:
    • Taxis operating by shifts are located at the west side of Terminal 1’s and 2’s Arrivals Lobby.
    • Or contact your Uber driver.
    • It spends about an hour (depend on the traffic condition) and costs about TWD 1,300 (approx. USD 40).
  • By Bus and Taxi :
    • Take bus (Kuo-kuang Line 1819 or CitiAir Bus 1961) directed to Taipei Main Station, and then take a taxi to NTU.
    • It spends about one and a half hours (depend on the traffic condition) and costs about TWD 400 (approx. USD 13).
